A few practical answers before you ask about buying something from Korea.
Do I need a product link?
No. A photo or a useful description can work too. Include the shop name if you know it, plus the size, colour, model and quantity.
Can I ask about more than one item?
Yes. List each item and its options separately so Jeremy can prepare a clear quote.
How do I get started?
Create a purchase request with a product link, photo or description and destination city. You can review the details with Jeremy in your private request. Submitting a request does not charge you or confirm a purchase.
Can I submit through the website’s account?
Yes. Create an account, set your password using the email link, then submit your request. Your request number, messages, quote and progress remain together in My Requests.
How is payment confirmed?
Jeremy checks the actual bank transaction. Sending a transfer screenshot or saying that you have paid does not by itself confirm receipt. Use only the instructions accompanying your agreed quote.
Why is shipping paid separately?
The final packed weight and dimensions are normally known after arrival and inspection. Jeremy confirms shipping separately before dispatch.
Can every product be purchased or shipped?
No. Availability and restrictions depend on the item, seller and destination. Ask before paying or sending a parcel.
Can I send my own parcels to a Korean address?
Please discuss this with Jeremy first. Do not send parcels without an explicitly agreed receiving address and arrangement.
What if an item is unavailable or something goes wrong?
Jeremy discusses the available choices with you. Keep the request reference, relevant messages and photographs. Confirm cancellation, refund and delivery conditions before a purchase.
Keep sensitive details private
Do not post addresses, phone numbers, identity documents or payment evidence in public Facebook comments. Use your agreed private contact channel.
