Accounts and requests
When you create an account, we use your account details, including your email address, to help you sign in and communicate with you. When you request an item or contact us, you may provide product links, descriptions, photographs, contact details, delivery information and messages. We use this information to review your request, prepare a quote, communicate with you, and arrange the agreed purchase and delivery.
If you proceed with a manual transaction, information you provide about payment or delivery, and the related service records, may be kept with the request so the Buy Han team can review and manage it. Please do not include passwords or other unrelated sensitive information in messages or photos.
Security and service operation
We use account, access and activity records to operate the service, protect accounts, investigate problems and keep a record of important actions. Members of the Buy Han team access information as needed for their roles. We also keep protected backup copies to support recovery. We retain information as needed for these purposes and applicable obligations; different records may need different retention periods.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, Buy Han uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the website and improve its content. Analytics is optional. We do not load the analytics tag unless you choose “Allow analytics”. You can decline and continue using the website.
Your allow or decline choice is stored in this browser’s local storage. If you allow analytics, the service may use this site’s analytics cookies and receive technical information such as your IP address and browser or device information. We send a sanitized page address and selected actions, such as viewing a Find, using a quiz or starting a video; a public quiz or video identifier may be included. Our analytics events are designed not to include account details, customer message or request contents, photographs, email addresses, delivery addresses, request numbers, the full visited URL or its query string. Administrator and operator activity is excluded from this measurement. Analytics is not our order or payment record.
You can change your choice at any time using “Analytics preferences” in the footer. If you decline or withdraw permission, we stop sending these analytics events and remove this site’s analytics cookies from this browser. Your preference applies to this browser; clearing site storage or using another browser or device may prompt you again. Withdrawal does not automatically erase information already received by Google Analytics.
Videos hosted by YouTube
Some pages may offer videos hosted by YouTube, a third-party service. When you open a video watch page, your browser loads YouTube’s player and connects to YouTube and YouTube may receive technical information, including your IP address and information about your browser. YouTube’s own privacy practices apply to that connection. Watching a video is optional.
