1. Share the item
Send a product link, a photo or a description. Include the size, colour or model, quantity and destination city in the Philippines. You do not need to find every detail before asking.
2. Review the quote together
Jeremy checks availability and prepares an itemised quote. Review the product, Korean delivery and service charges, the PHP amount and any conditions. Ask for changes before agreeing.
3. Pay the agreed product amount
Use only the payment instructions provided with your agreed quote. Payment is by manual bank transfer. Jeremy checks the actual bank transaction before confirming receipt and arranging the purchase. A transfer report or screenshot alone is not confirmation.
4. Purchase, arrival and inspection
Buy Han purchases the agreed items and records arrival and inspection updates. If an item is unavailable, damaged or different from the agreed option, Jeremy discusses what to do next. Inspection is not an unconditional product guarantee.
5. Confirm international shipping
Once the items and packaging can be assessed, Jeremy quotes international shipping separately. Confirm the delivery details, then follow the second payment instructions. Shipment follows the operator’s bank confirmation.
6. Receive updates and tracking
Jeremy provides updates and the tracking reference when the parcel is handed to the carrier. Keep the request reference when asking about delivery or a problem after arrival.
